Don't know about Lockerz, Points2Shop will ship to the US, UK, and Canada. I haven't actually ordered anything from P2S yet (phone number required to verify account), but they seem to be legit. It's a "do offers for cash" site, most of which require a credit card, but they also have flash games you can gamble points on (against other members). You can buy pretty much anything listed on Amazon.
