we have modified the rules, here's what they are now:

Note: These are rules we expect you to follow. Failure to comply will result in an official warning or banning. The rules apply to ALL members that have joined this board.
1) NO pointless posts. A pointless post is a post with no meaning to it. One word posts, such as "LOL" or ":ph34r:" are considered pointless posts. If you constantly make posts with no meaning to them, you will be banned. However, if there is a one word post that answers a question, i.e. "Are Fish Neggs retired?"
"Yes." that will be acceptable.
2) Do NOT request to be a Moderator, Administratoror or to be allowed in the Underground. This is a common problem. We constantly see people asking if they can become a Moderator, Administrator, or an Underground member. The answer will most likely be no. Unless we have sincere trust in you, we can't allow you that much control over the forums. We don't want to risk allowing someone untrustworthy control over the board, because of the damage he/she could cause. If we trust you, we will tell you, so do not ask.
3) Do NOT advertise any other boards or personal sites without permission from one of the moderators or administrators. This INCLUDES signatures!
4) Please post in the CORRECT forum. For example, if your topic is related to Neopets, post it in the Neopet forum. This will save us Moderators some time by not having to move posts all the time.
5) Do NOT discuss scamming or hacking. We at NeoHacks do not support scamming or hacking in any way, shape, or form. Although our name is NeoHacks, it is just a name.
6) You may NOT post or advertise cheats, glitches or programs without asking a moderator or an administrator first. Submit any cheats, glitches or programs to one of the Moderators or Admins.
7) Once you ask a moderator or administrator to delete your account or ban you, your posts and privileges will not be recovered. Choose carefully when deleting/baning your account. We do allow your accounts to stay inactive for as long as you like.
8) Do NOT complain/flame/bitch about anyone, especially any of the admins or mods.
9) Use common sense to judge the content of your posts.
The staff may add/remove/edit any of the above rules at any time without any warning. Therefore, check back often to familiarize yourselves.
