Looking for a headset

Headphones and microphone. I'm mainly looking for something durable. I have a large head and I've found that over time my headphones weaken at the top and lose the tightness on the ears to the point where they're kind of resting on my head and dangling off on either side.

Can anyone recommend a form factor that keeps its shape through frequent use?
