for those of you who don't know what phpBB2 is, it's a php forum similar to Yabb SE (the one neohacks uses)
please consider that phpBB is a lot faster and takes less resources. Some of the mods will have to be rewritten though...
all the information will be transfered to phpBB (users,boards,etc) if we switch...
also note, that you can't reply here, but you should create a topic (or reply to one if it already exists) if you have any comments in the OffTopic board
Edit: seems the results are very close, and a lot of members have strong opinions of both boards...
applying so much work in switching and upseting many users is just not right, so we are not going to switch to phpBB...
