After months of fighting, it's time to sign a neutral treaty...
Basically, we will not attack or associate with them, and they won't do anything to us.
We ask you that you try and respect their rules about programs and not redistribute them to others.
If we find you breaking this "treaty", we will have no choice but to ban you, so please don't do it.
This means that the two sites will pretty much go our separate ways.
