I would just like to remind you that we're still open! Don't think that we can't help you, because we actually can! Don't be intimidated by how poorly written the complaint guide (http://www.nhacks.com/faq.php?faq=guides#faq_complaints) is! I was high (on broccoli)!
I know I sound like somebody who isn't dedicated to his job right now, but we can assure you that we will try to handle any and all problems around the forum in a completely confidential and anonymous way. We do more than just respond to bad posts, you know!
