I've been enjoying Fullmetal Alchemist a lot. If you like the Brotherhood anime you'll like the manga.

I'm also impatiently waiting Neon Genesis Evangelion's eventual ending, though it looks like they're following their End of Evangelion story.

Watched all of the original FMA, haven't started on Brotherhood yet (downloading it now).
